Apparently the divorce rate is 65.9% in Vienna and now they figure it would make sense to have a “divorce fair.” I wonder if it crossed their minds to have a marriage fair? According to the news they will have counselors, lawyers, real estate agents, etc.
I guess the fair is supposed to find business for these sponsors but if the divorce rate continues, won’t people just say screw it and not get married? I think that is becoming the trend. There are currently more unmarried women then ever before in the US. And as the birth rate drops, we just had a record number of births to unmarried women.
So as gays fight for the right to have the “holy union” that about 50% of people break, fewer and fewer people are getting married. I see the “divorce fair” growing in popularity.
